R. 7631](/us/bill/71/hr/7631).][[Public, No. 60](/us/pl/71/60).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times for Rio Grande.Time extended for bridging, at Presidio, Tex.commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Rio Grande at Presidio, Texas, authorized to be built by the Kansas City, Mexico and Orient Railway Company of Texas and the Kansas City, Mexico and Orient Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, their successors and assigns, by the Act of Congress, approved February 16, 1928, are herebyVol. 45, p. 116, amended.Amendment. extended one and three years, respectively, from February 16, 1930.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1930.
