Anderson.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay Charles E. Anderson, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $40 representing loss sustained by him in the purchase of horses for the United States Geological Survey in April, 1910.
