CHAP. 619.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the State of South Dakota the silver service presented to the United States for the cruiser South Dakota. June 26, 1930.[[S. 3893](/us/bill/71/s/3893).][[Public, No. 442](/us/pl/71/442).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary “South Dakota,” cruiser; renamed “Huron.”Silver service of, may be loaned to Department of History, South Dakota.*Proviso.*No Federal expense.of the Navy is authorized, in his discretion, to loan to the Department of History of the State of South Dakota, for preservation and exhibition, the silver service which was presented to the United States for the cruiser South Dakota, which vessel afterwards was renamed the Huron, by the citizens of that State: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by the United States for the delivery of such silver service.
