CHAP. 60.— An Act For the relief of Sterrit Keefe. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 11022](/us/bill/71/hr/11022).][[Private, No. 296](/us/pvtl/71/296).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Sterrit Keefe. Naval record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors Sterrit Keefe, who served on board the United States ship Mayflower during the war with Spain, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on February 2, 1899: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be *Proviso.* No prior pension, etc. held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
