A. Chitwood.Benefits of Employees Compensation Act extended to. That the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission shall be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to extend to C. A. Chitwood, former employee in the Forest Service, the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the UnitedVol. 39, p. 743;
Vol. 44, p. 772. States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” approved September 7, 1906, as amended, compensation hereunder to commence from and after the passage of this Act. Approved, June 24, 1930.
