CHAP. 593.— An Act For the relief of William. L. Bruhn. March 5, 1931.[[H. R. 2466.](/us/bill/71/hr/2466)][[Private, No. 508.](/us/pvtl/71/508)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amenca in Congress assembled*, William L. Bruhn.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William L. Bruhn, who was a member of Battery I, Second Regiment United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 11th day of November, 1899: *Provided*, That *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
