CHAP. 59.— An Act For the relief of William A. Quigley. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 8665](/us/bill/71/hr/8665).][[Private, No. 295](/us/pvtl/71/295).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration William A. Quigley. Naval record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors William A. Quigley, formerly of the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on the 16th day of January, 1925: *Provided,* That no bounty, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. back pay, pension, or allowance be held to be accruing prior to the passage of this Act.
