CHAP. 589.— An Act For the relief of Major O. S. McCleary, United States Army, retired. June 23, 1930.[[H. R. 1494.](/us/bill/71/hr/1494)][[Private, No. 115.](/us/pvtl/71/115)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Major O. S. McCleary, Army, retired.Credit allowed, in account of. That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to allow credit in the account of Major O.
S. McCleary, United States Army, retired, in the sum herein set forth which now stands as a disallowance on the books of the General Accounting Office, to wit: The sum of $148.98 deducted from the pay due Major O. S. McCleary for the month of July, 1927 Approved, June 23, 1930.
