CHAP. 587.— An Act For the relief of Doctor Cooper Nicholson. March 5, 1931.[[S. 4274.](/us/bill/71/s/4274)][[Private, No. 502.](/us/pvtl/71/502)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Doctor Cooper Nicholson.Disability claim of, to be examined. That in the administration of the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended, the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized, notwithstanding the lapse of time, to examine Vol. 39, p. 742;
Vol. 44, p. 772. and consider the claim of Doctor Cooper Nicholson, who is alleged to have suffered an injury to his left eye while in charge of Main Hospital Numbered 1, at Muscle Shoals, Alabama, during the World *Proviso*.No prior benefits. War: *Provided*, That no benefits thereunder shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved, March 5, 1931.
