CHAP. 586.— An Act For the relief of James M. Booth. March 5, 1931.[[S. 3050.](/us/bill/71/s/3050)][[Private, No. 501.](/us/pvtl/71/501)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James M. Booth.Payment to, for death of son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, to James M.
Booth, dependent father 2161 of Stancil Hume Booth, the sum of $1,500 on account of the death of his son, Stancil Hume Booth, who was killed while on duty at Fort Screven, Chatham County, Georgia, on April 9, 1929, by coming in contact with an electric wire on a pole in the Government reservation at Fort Screven, Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia, which pole and electric lighting system was the property of the United States Government and under its control.
