CHAP. 585.— An Act For the relief of the Macon, Dublin and Savannah Railroad Company. March 5, 1931.[[S. 2614.](/us/bill/71/s/2614)][[Private, No. 500.](/us/pvtl/71/500)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Macon, Dublin and Savannah Railroad Company.Settlement of transportation claim, authorized. That the claim of the Macon, Dublin and Savannah Railroad Company against the United States in relation to the transportation of Government property by way of Macon to Camp Wheeler, both in the State of Georgia, in the year 1917, be, and the same hereby is, referred to Certification.Vol. 23, p. 254. the General Accounting Office for settlement, and for certification of any amount due to the Congress, without interest, pursuant to section 2 of the Act of July 7, 1884 (Twenty-third Statutes, page 254).
