CHAP. 582.— An Act For the relief of Claude J. Church. March 5, 1931.[[S. 401.](/us/bill/71/s/401)][[Private, No. 497.](/us/pvtl/71/497)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Claude J. Church.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Claude J. Church, a citizen and resident of Monroe, Louisiana, the sum $300 as compensation for injuries received by him when struck by a mass of ice and snow falling on him from the roof of the Federal building at Monroe, Louisiana, when in the act of entering the said building.
