CHAP. 580.— An Act For the relief of James H. Roache. March 5, 1931.[[S. 181.](/us/bill/71/s/181)][[Private, No. 495.](/us/pvtl/71/495)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James H. Roache.Reimbursement to, for incurred losses due to homestead entry subsequently canceled. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay James H. Roache, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $944.50 as reimbursement in full for expenses and losses incurred in connection with improvements made by him on the land embraced in his homestead entry 021325 for the southeast quarter northeast quarter section 4, township 35 south, range 26 east, Tallahassee meridian, Florida, after said entry had been allowed on May 10, 1927, and prior to receipt of notice on or about June 27, 1927, that said allowed entry had been held for cancellation owing to fact the identical land was patented to the State of Florida August 31, 1903.
