CHAP. 577.— An Act For the relief of William J. Bodiford. March 4, 1931.[[H. R. 11529.](/us/bill/71/hr/11529)][[Private, No. 492.](/us/pvtl/71/492)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William J. Bodiford.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William J. Bodiford, who was a member of Company I, Second Regiment South Carolina Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on April 19, 1899, and he shall be *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. entitled to the benefits of any laws relating to pensions: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
