CHAP. 575.— An Act For the relief of William Marks, also known as William Marsh. March 4, 1931.[[H. R. 10136.](/us/bill/71/hr/10136)][[Private, No. 490.](/us/pvtl/71/490)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Marks, alias William Marsh.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Marks, also known as William Marsh, who was a member of Company A, Eighteenth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. 26th day of November, 1902: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
