CHAP. 565.— An Act For the relief of R. P. Biddle. March 4, 1931.[[H. R. 2047.](/us/bill/71/hr/2047)][[Private, No. 480.](/us/pvtl/71/480)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, R. P. Biddle.Adjustment of land claim, authorized. That the Attorney General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to waive his objection to the title to the land which the Secretary of War desires to purchase from R. P.
Biddle, of Woodlands, West Virginia, and thereby permit the adjustment of the claim of the said R. P. Biddle in the amount of $423.56 in accordance with an agreement heretofore reached between the said parties. Approved, March 4, 1931.
