CHAP. 563.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Murphy. March 4, 1931.[[H. R. 1428.](/us/bill/71/hr/1428)][[Private, No. 478.](/us/pvtl/71/478)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Murphy.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Thomas Murphy, a private, Company C, Eighth Machine Gun Battalion, Third Division, American Expeditionary Forces, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of said *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. company and regiment June 5, 1920: *Provided*, That no back pay, compensation, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
