CHAP. 56.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Wallace. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 4907](/us/bill/71/hr/4907).][[Private, No. 292](/us/pvtl/71/292).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Thomas Wallace. Marine Corps service record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged marines Thomas Wallace, who served in the United States Marine Corps continuously from 1889 until 1900, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. from such service on the 24th day of October, 1900: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
