CHAP. 559.— An Act For the relief of C. H. Price. March 4, 1931.[[S. 6072.](/us/bill/71/s/6072)][[Private, No. 474.](/us/pvtl/71/474)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, C. H. Price.Disability claim of, to be determined. That in the administration of the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended, the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized, notwithstanding the lapse of time, to examine and consider Vol. 39, p. 743;
Vol. 44, p. 772. the claim of C. H. Price, who is alleged to have suffered injuries to his eyes while in the performance of his duties as foreman in the drainage work for the Public Health Service in Lauderdale County, *Proviso.*Restriction. Alabama, in 1918 and 1919: *Provided*, That no benefits thereunder shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved, March 4, 1931.
