R. 2876.](/us/bill/71/hr/2876)][[Private, No. 109.](/us/pvtl/71/109)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * J. C. Peixotto.Statute of limitations in application of, for service disability waived. That the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission shall be, and it is hereby, authorized and directed to waive the statute of limitations in the application filed by J.
C. Peixotto, a former employee in the1911 medical and utilities division of the War Department at Fort McPherson, Georgia, the provision of an Act entitled “An Act toVol. 39, p. 747. provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” approved September 7, 1916, in order that he may receive the same consideration as though he had applied within the specified time required by law. Approved, June 20, 1930.
