CHAP. 552.— An Act For the relief of Joseph N. Marin. June 19, 1930.[[S. 3866.](/us/bill/71/s/3866)][[Private, No. 107.](/us/pvtl/71/107)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Joseph N. Marin.Honorable discharge granted to. That in the administration of the pension laws Joseph N. Marin, late of the United States ship Solace, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States as a third-class apprentice of said ship as of June 5, 1899: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
