CHAP. 551.— An Act For the relief of Mildred N. O’Lone. March 4, 1931[[S. 5193](/us/bill/71/s/5193)][[Private, No. 466](/us/pvtl/71/466)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the ComptrollerMildred N. O’Lone.Payment to, for furnishing blood for transfusion.Vol. 44, p. 1066, extended. General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Mildred N. O’Lone for blood furnished June 17, 1930, for transfusion to Clarence Judd, a patient in a Government hospital, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim an amount not in excess of $25.
There is herebyAppropriation. appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $25, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment of such claim. Approved, March 4, 1931.
