CHAP. 551.— An Act For the relief of John Marks, alias John Bell. June 19, 1930.[[S. 3784](/us/bill/71/s/3784)][[Private, No. 106.](/us/pvtl/71/106)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * John Marks, alias John Bell.Granted honorable discharge. That in the administration of the pension laws John Marks, alias John Bell, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service as of March 22, 1864: *Provided*, That no pension,*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. bounty, or other allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
