CHAP. 55.— An Act For the relief of Guy Braddock Scott. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 4760](/us/bill/71/hr/4760).][[Private, No. 291](/us/pvtl/71/291).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the Guy Braddock Scott. Naval record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors Guy Braddock Scott, formerly a coal passer, United States Navy, shall hereafter he held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States as a coal passer on the 26th day of December, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. 1898: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
