CHAP. 549.— An Act For the relief of Charles E. Byron, alias Charles E. Marble. June 19, 1930.[[S. 420.](/us/bill/71/s/420)][[Private, No. 104.](/us/pvtl/71/104)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Charles E. Byron, alias Charles E. Marble.Granted honorable discharge. That in the administration of the pension laws Charles E. Byron, alias Charles E. Marble, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on May 6, 1900: *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, or other allowance shall be held*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
