CHAP. 548.— An Act For the relief of Hannah Odekirk. June 19, 1930.[[H. R. 7299.](/us/bill/71/hr/7299)][[Private, No. 103.](/us/pvtl/71/103)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Hannah Odekirk.Homestead patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent under the homestead entry of Heber Odekirk to his widow, Hannah Odekirk, for the southeast quarter section 26, township 2 south, range 2 west, Uintah special meridian, Utah: *Provided, however*,*Proviso*.Payment required.
That in addition to the usual fees and commissions payable under existing laws said Hannah Odekirk shall pay the sum of $1.25 per acre for the land so entered, which latter sum shall be deposited in the Treasury of the United States and disposed of in the same manner as other proceeds derived from the sale of lands within the former Uintah Indian Reservation, Utah. Approved, June 19, 1930.
