CHAP. 547.— An Act For the relief of the Corporation C. P. Jensen. March 4, 1931[[S. 4612](/us/bill/71/s/4612)][[Private, No. 462](/us/pvtl/71/462)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the ComptrollerCorporation C. P. Jensen.Claim of, for maritime salvage service to be adjusted. General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of the Corporation C.
P. Jensen for services rendered to the United States on October 12,21481926, by the steamship Anneberg, its officers and crew, in connection with the rescue from a sea peril of two United States prohibition agents and their disabled motor boat off the coast of Florida, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim not to exceed Appropriation.the sum of $500. There is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay said claim.
