CHAP. 543.— An Act For the relief of John Baba. March 4, 1931[[S. 2106](/us/bill/71/s/2106)][[Private, No. 458](/us/pvtl/71/458)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John Baba.Claim of, for additional compensation, to be adjusted. That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle and adjust the claim of John Baba for additional compensation for work performed under contract of June 20, 1928, for the making of certain repairs to floors, doors, and so forth, in several buildings at Schuylkill Arsenal, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and to Appropriation.allow said claim in the sum of not to exceed $335.
There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $335, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment of the claim. Approved, March 4, 1931.
