CHAP. 543.— An Act For the relief of the successors of Luther Burbank. June 19, 1930.[[H. R. 9169](/us/bill/71/hr/9169).][[Public, No. 396](/us/pl/71/396).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the time Public Lands.Time extended for obtaining patent to, by Luther Burbank, heirs, etc.Vol. 37, p. 507.within which Luther Burbank, his heirs or successors in interest, must make payment and comply with the other provisions of the Act of Congress approved August 24, 1912, entitled “An Act to patent certain semiarid lands to Luther Burbank under certain conditions,” be, and the same is hereby, extended until five years from the passage of this Act.
