CHAP. 54.— An Act For the relief of Harry P. Lewis. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 4159](/us/bill/71/hr/4159).][[Private, No. 290](/us/pvtl/71/290).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Harry P. Lewis. Marine Corps service record corrected. of the compensation laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, marines, their widows and dependent relatives, Harry P.
Lewis shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged *Proviso.* No prior pension, etc. the United States Marine Corps as a private on June 4, 1907: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, January 29, 1931.
