CHAP. 538.— An Act To authorize the appointment of two additional justices of the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia. June 19, 1930.[[S. 3939](/us/bill/71/s/3939).][[Public, No. 391](/us/pl/71/391).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President District of Columbia. Additional justices of Court of Appeals of, to be appointed.*Post*, p. 868.is authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, two additional justices of the Court of Appeals of the District of Columbia, who shall have the same tenure of office, pay and emoluments, powers, and duties as provided by law for the justices of said court.
