CHAP. 537.— An Act For the relief of Captain Christian Damson. March 4, 1931[[S. 1244](/us/bill/71/s/1244)][[Private, No. 452](/us/pvtl/71/452)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Captain Christian Damson.Benefits of Employee’s Compensation Acts extended to, regardless of lapse of time.Vol. 39, pp. 743, 745; Vol. 44, p. 772. That in the administration of the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended, the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized, notwithstanding the lapse of time, to examine and consider the claim of Captain Christian Damson, who is alleged to have suffered injury while employed on or about August 17, *Proviso*.No prior benefits.1918, in line of duty: *Provided*, That no benefits thereunder shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act.
