CHAP. 534.— An Act For the relief of Jesse J. Britton. March 4, 1931[[S. 155](/us/bill/71/s/155)][[Private, No. 449](/us/pvtl/71/449)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationJesse J. Britton.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives Jesse J. Britton, who served in Troop H, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on September 22,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. 1900: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
