CHAP. 533.— An Act For the relief of W. W. Payne. March 4, 1931[[S. 43](/us/bill/71/s/43)][[Private, No. 448](/us/pvtl/71/448)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryW. W. Payne.Payment of amount of judgment rendered against, to George Snyder. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to George Snyder or his assigns, upon his executing and filing a satisfaction of the judgment hereinafter referred to, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount of the judgment recovered by him in the United States District Court for the District of Montana against W.
W. Payne for acts committed by the said Payne as and while acting as superintendent of the Glacier National Park and by direction of the Director of National Parks, not to exceed the sum of $1,800. Approved, March 4, 1931.
