Gill.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $54.75 to Second Lieutenant Burgo D. Gill, in full settlement of damage to his car caused through collision with a Government team. Approved, June 18, 1930.
