CHAP. 532.— An Act For the relief of James W. Nugent. March 4, 1931[[S. 35](/us/bill/71/s/35)][[Private, No. 447](/us/pvtl/71/447)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in theJames W. Nugent.Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers James W. Nugent, late of Troop F, First Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said troop and regiment on July 29, 1903: *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
