CHAP. 530.— Joint Resolution Making an appropriation for expenses of the United States Marine Band in attending the national convention of the United Spanish-American War Veterans in New Orleans, Louisiana, in September, 1931. Res., No. 139](/us/bill/71/pubres/139).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby appropriated,Spanish-American War Veterans Convention.Sum appropriated for attendance of Marine Band.*Ante*, p. 1505. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $8,171 for the fiscal year 1932, for expenses of the United States Marine Band in attending the national convention of the United Spanish-American War Veterans, to be held at New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 6 to 10, inclusive, 1931, as authorized by the Act approved March 3, 1931.
