CHAP. 53.— An Act For the relief of David A. Dehart. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 3950](/us/bill/71/hr/3950).][[Private, No. 289](/us/pvtl/71/289).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration David A. Dehart. Marine Corps service record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, and marines David A. Dehart, 1972who was a private of the United States Marine Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of the United *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.
States Marine Corps on the 20th day of June, 1900: *Provided,* That no bounty, pay, or allowance shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, January 29, 1931.
