CHAP. 522.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across the Saint Francis River in Craighead County, Arkansas. June 18, 1930.[[S. 4196](/us/bill/71/s/4196).][[Public, No. 381](/us/pl/71/381).] Saint Francis River.Saint Louis Southwestern Railroad Company may bridge, in Craighead County, Ark. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Saint Louis Southwestern Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in section 13, township 13 north, range 6 east, of the fifth principal meridian, in Craighead County, Arkansas, on a line of railway between Caraway, Arkansas, and Construction.Vol. 34, p. 04.Trumann, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Right to sell, etc., conferred. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Saint Louis Southwestern Railway Company, its successors and assigns, and any corporation to which or any person to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation or person.
Sec. 3. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 18, 1930.
