CHAP. 51.— An Act For the relief of Henry Manske, junior. January 29, 1931.[[H. R. 1892](/us/bill/71/hr/1892).][[Private, No. 287](/us/pvtl/71/287).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Henry Manske, jr. Naval record corrected. of the Navy be, and he is hereby, directed to indicate on the medical records of the Navy Department of Henry Manske, junior, late of the United States Navy, that the left inguinal hernia which resulted in his discharge was incurred in line of duty instead of not incurred in line of duty, as is now noted.
