CHAP. 509.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of North Dakota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Missouri River at or near Elbowoods, North Dakota. March 4, 1931.[[S. 6252](/us/bill/71/s/6252).][[Public, No. 856](/us/pl/71/856).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.North Dakota may bridge, at Elbowoods, N. Dak. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of North Dakota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Elbowoods, North Dakota, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 4, 1931.
