CHAP. 502.— An Act To legalize the water pipe line constructed by the Searcy Water Company under the Little Red River near the town of Searcy, Arkansas. June 17, 1930.[[S. 3466](/us/bill/71/s/3466).][[Public, No. 366](/us/pl/71/366).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Little Red River, Ark.Water pipe line constructed under, by Searcy Water Company, legalized. That the water pipe line of the Searcy Water Company, Searcy, Arkansas, constructed under the Little Red River, Arkansas, about two miles northeast of the town of Searcy, Arkansas, be, and the same is hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States, as if the permit required by existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior to the erection of said water *Proviso*.Changes at order of Secretary of War.pipe line: *Provided*, That any changes of said water pipe line which the Secretary of War may deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation shall be promptly made by the owners thereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 17, 1930.
