CHAP. 501.— An Act To add certain public lands to the Washakie National Forest, Wyoming. March 4, 1931.[[S. 5588](/us/bill/71/s/5588).][[Public No. 848](/us/pl/71/848).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the following-describedWashakie National Forest, Wyo.Lands added to. public lands be, and the same are hereby, added to and made a part of the Washakie National Forest, Wyoming, and are to be hereafter administered under the laws and regulations relating to national forests:Description.
Northeast quarter, southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, north half of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the 1522southeast quarter of section 13, township 43 north, range 108 west, sixth principal meridian; all of section 19, all of section 27, north half of section 28, north half, north half of the southwest quarter of section 29, northeast quarter of section 30, west half of the northeast quarter, northwest quarter, southwest quarter, west half of the southeast quarter, southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 35, township 43 north, range 107 west, sixth principal meridian: *Proviso.*Valid entry application not adversely affected.*Provided*, That the inclusion of any of the aforesaid land in, the Washakie National Forest shall not affect adversely any valid application or entry pending at the date of the approval of this Act.
