CHAP. 496.— An Act For the relief of Frank Storms. June 16, 1930[[H. R. 6186](/us/bill/71/hr/6186)][[Private, No. 92](/us/prv/71/92)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Frank Storms.Granted honorable discharge. That Frank Storms, formerly of the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on the 20th day of March, 1909: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.*Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance be held to have accrued by the passage of this Act. Approved, June 16, 1930.
