CHAP. 49.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State Highway Commission and the Board of Supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi, to construct a bridge across Tombigbee River at or near Fulton, Mississippi. January 27, 1931.[[H. R. 15138](/us/bill/71/hr/15138).][[Public, No. 575](/us/pl/71/575).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tombigbce River.Mississippi, etc., may bridge, at Fulton.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Mississippi and the Board of Supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi, their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Tombigbee River, at a point suitable to the interests of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.navigation, at or near Fulton, in the county of Itawamba, in the State of Mississippi, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1931.
