CHAP. 488.— Joint Resolution To provide an appropriation for payment to the widow of Henry Allen Cooper, late a Representative from the State of Wisconsin. March 3, 1931[[H. J. Res. 524](href=/us/bill/71/hjres/524)][[Priv. Res., No. 2](/us/bill/71/privres/2)] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Henry Allen Cooper, late a Representative in Congress.Pay to widow. That the sum of $10,000 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,, for payment to the widow of Henry Allen Cooper, late a Representative from the State of Wisconsin.
Such sum to be disbursed by the Sergeant at Arms of the House of Representatives. Approved, March 3, 1931.
