CHAP. 487.— An Act For the relief of Daisy Ballard. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 12215](/us/bill/71/hr/12215)][[Private, No. 446](/us/pvtl/71/446)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles Ballard.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Charles Ballard, who was a member of Companies M and B, Second Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.member of that organization on the 20th day of July, 1901: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
