CHAP. 485.— An Act For the relief of George W. Posey. June 13, 1930[[H. R. 1086](/us/bill/71/hr/1086)][[Private, No. 88](/us/prv/71/88)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws George W. Posey, late of Company A, Twentieth Regiment, and of Company B, Thirty-fifth Regiment, Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company A, Twentieth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, on the 24th day of August, 1862, and as a private of Company B, Thirty-fifth Regiment Wisconsin *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.Volunteer Infantry on the 24th day of July, 1865: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
