CHAP. 482.— An Act For the relief of Uriel Sliter. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 10113](/us/bill/71/hr/10113)][[Private, No. 441](/us/pvtl/71/441)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationUriel Sliter.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Uriel Sliter, who was a member of Company H, Twenty-second Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 3d day of October, 1864: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
