CHAP. 481.— An Act For the relief of William Fisher. March 3, 1931[[H. R. 9070](/us/bill/71/hr/9070)][[Private, No. 440](/us/pvtl/71/440)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in theWilliam Fisher.Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Fisher, who was a member of Company A, Third United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. on the 15th day of May, 1906: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
